It opened its doors in Vallo della Lucania (Salerno), the exhibition “Cilento World Heritage Site. From Prehistory to the Renaissance. History of Civilizations”, organized by the Superintendence for Archaeological Heritage of Salerno, Avellino, Benevento and Caserta, the Cooperative Credit Bank of Cilento and Lucania south, in collaboration with the Superintendence for Architectural Heritage of Salerno, the Vallo della Lucania City and the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano Alburnums.
The exhibition, organized on the occasion of the 15 years from registration the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano Alburnums in the List of World Heritage of UNESCO, aims to tell the story of the cultural landscape of Cilento and its transformations over time, through a selection of significant materials from around the Cilento area. The exhibition will be housed in the space of Fairs Vallo, in the locality Pattano, in Vallo della Lucania and will be open until 31 December 2014.
