Even with a little can satisfy the most discerning palates. This popular dish has its origins rooted and inspired by the most famous spaghetti carters. A variant that you could use to give a touch more gulf of Naples is used instead of the crumbs of stale bread, bagels of true Neapolitan suet and pepper well crushed and chopped. Ingredients for 6 people:

500 gr of spaghetti, 3 slices of stale bread, 4 salted anchovies, basil, oregano, garlic, oil and salt.

Making of recipe

Rub the bread slices with the garlic, and then crumble into a dish. In a separate pan, soffiggere with two tablespoons of olive oil, two cloves of garlic and add the crumbled bread without the garlic browns too and delete it. In another pan with a little ‘oil pour the chopped anchovies with a little’ of oregano. A cooking spaghetti, al dente pass them in the pan with the anchovies and add also the contents of the pan with bread. Stir for a while ‘and add basil leaves to color the plate.
