Naples itself as one of the favorite destinations for holidaymakers of Italy, especially in the vicinity of the next weekend. The confirmation comes from the Observatory Trivago that, during the long weekend of the Immaculate, analyzed the online research of Italian travelers who, taking advantage of the first holiday season, they travel to rediscover the beauty of the art cities homegrown. According to research carried out by the search engine of hotels for the expected bridge from 5 to 8 December, travelers seem to lean sharply to remain within national borders. In the top 10 of the most sought after in fact the first 5 steps are all occupied by the city “tricolor”, with Rome that leads the closely followed by Florence and Milan that close to the podium. Continuing to scroll through the list, Naples and Venice stand that enrich the framework of the favorite destinations countrymen. To find a foreign place instead must scroll to the sixth position, with Paris before between destinations across the border.
Analysing the destinations on the list in terms of price, there is the reconfirmation of Naples as queen of low cost: the metropolis bell is in fact the cheapest destination of this period with its average of € 94 per night. Follow Rome and Florence (110 €), while Milan the price rises slightly to an average of 122 € per night. However, the presence in the ranking also places significantly more expensive as Venice (€ 138), Paris (€ 169) and especially London (meta dearest with 199 €), shows that Italian travelers are also willing to spend a few euro more just to enjoy the magic of this first weekend Christmas in a fairytale setting.
