A “three days” dedicated to the black truffle and chestnut that will be staged on October 25 to 27 in the old town of Bagnoli Irpino(Avellino). Ideal stage of the event which annually attracts thousands of fans on the mountains picentini. Before the traditional “trade show” , on 19 and 20 October, the center will host a succulent irpino Preview Bagnolese. Now in its fourth edition, the preview will be hosted in the picturesque scenery of Piazza Leonardo Di Capua where, in addition to the combination of the Bagnoli truffle and great wines from Irpinia (Taurasi, Fiano di Avellino and Greek di Tufo), there will be, the other delicacies bought ready to delight visitors and tourists. In the Preview rich program , organized by the Municipality together with the Tourist Consortium Bagnoli-Laceno, the Pro Loco Bagnoli-Laceno and with the participation of Fisar (Federation of Italian sommelier hoteliers restaurateurs), the spotlight will be focused on the characteristic of the play tumbles (launch) of the cheese, recognized by the Italian Federation Giuochi historians. The evening will be enlivened in the various squares and alleys with entertainment of popular music. In addition, at various points will be distributed free roasted chestnuts.
