It will be the Hall of the Terraces of Castel dell’Ovo to host until next February 2nd the exhibition “Eduardo, philosopher of Naples”, which will feature the wonderful paintings that the artist Luciano Molino dedicated to the figure of the unforgettable Eduardo De Filippo. An exhibition, sponsored by the Culture and Tourism of the City of Naples, with the sponsorship of the Foundation De Filippo, which comes almost at the end of a full year of initiatives dedicated to Eduardo thirty years after his death. The inauguration, which will take part also the author of the works is scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, January 17, at 12 am.
A versatile artist with many interests and aesthetic-formal, Luciano Molino worked, for the occasion, on the face and on the figure of Eduardo, exploring gestures and expressions, using different techniques, from pastel to collage, painting, screen printing, to propose many facets of a character and a “philosophy” that have left an indelible mark on our cultural history and in our imagination.
