The meeting is organized by the non-profit organization Puteoli Pro Life on the occasion of the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy wanted by Pope Francis. The event will take place on Wednesday, December 16th at 18.30, in the Auditorium of the headquarters of the association, that is, the “Center for Life Luigi Saccone” Village of the Child, in via Campi Flegrei 12 Pozzuoli.
Dacia Maraini, presented by Professor Massimo Lo Iacono, will propose its reflection on the theme of death and the “end of life”. The scheduled meeting is the first in a series offered by the association as part of initiatives for the Jubilee of Mercy wanted by Pope Francis. Throughout the year they are scheduled appointments with intellectuals including the theologian Father Bartolomeo Sorge, the writer Erri Luca Del and the philosopher Massimo Cacciari.
