In the beginning were hula hoop wooden vintage now unavailable. From this evening, they will be transformed instead into unique works of art and “generous” protagonists of HHSharing, art and solidarity project conceived by Mario Avallone, in collaboration with the curator Marianna Agliottone, and who enjoys the Matronato Foundation for Donnaregina contemporary arts.
A particular job, which kicked off with an invitation to 17 Italian artists of different generations – from Eugenio Tibaldi to Afterall, through Mariangela Levita, Gabriele Di Matteo, Lino Fiorito, Rosy Rox, Marisa Albanese, Christian Leperino, Vincenzo Rusciano Eugenio Giliberti, Camillo Ripaldi, Lamberto Lambertini, Roxy in the Box, Antonio Biasucci, Lamberto Teotino, Paolo Puddu and Raffaela Mariniello – called to produce works using as raw material hula hoop vintage, which will be a temporary exhibition at the three floors of the Stanza del Gusto in Constantinople street 100 and the deposit Kuoko Mercante, in Constantinople 41, in Naples, two nearby locations on two different pavements, in the historic city center. The works, from tonight, December 8, the day of the opening cocktail, starting at 19, will be put up for grabs as prizes for a special raffle contemporary, whose proceeds will be donated to the Community of Sant’Egidio of Naples, with which Avallone already been collaborating for some time.
