It will be the Villa Comunale in Naples, in particular, the area in front of the Casina Pompeiana, to host, 25 (from 10 to 18) and 26 April (10 am to 2 pm), the first edition of “A (Long) Sea of books”. Four weekend for four months, each with a different theme, the banner stand of booksellers and publishers from Campania, public readings, musical performances, book presentations, workshops for children and spaces for publishing dedicated to children.
On the occasion of April 25, the theme will be “Liberation from Fascism and the Mafia”. To open the village of books, the stand Spaces of Freedom by A.N.P.I. with the Institute for the History of Resistance of Campania and Library Annalisa Durante. At 10.30 am, the ribbon cutting with the writer Valeria Parrella and a rap for legality by iocisto. At 11 am, in Casina Pompeiana, presentation of the book by Paolo Miggiano “Broken Wings, Annalisa Durante, die Fork to 14 years”. With the author interventions by journalists Arnaldo Capezzuto and Giuliana Covella, Nino Daniele, Head of Culture of the City of Naples, Pina Perna, Annalisa Durante Association and Mayor Luigi de Magistris. The actress Sara Missaglia will read abstracts from the book. At noon, concert by Emidio Ausiello and 17, peaceful reading of the works of Erri De Luca.
Sunday, April 26, at 10.30 am, book presentation of “Don Peppino Diana” by Raffaele Sardo with contributions by Giovanni Conzo, deputy prosecutor DDA Naples, Daniela De Crescenzo, journalist of “Il Mattino” and Augusto Di Meo, witness to justice. Afterwards, reading the book “Giancarlo Siani journalist for the truth” by Amato Lamberti, Geppino Fiorenza and Paolo Siani. Space Boys, at 11, presentation of the story civic “The Marquis of Collino or Civic Education” by Giovanni Parisi and Giovanni Calvino, at 12 am, laughter yoga and in Casina Pompeiana concert with Patrizia Lopez and Neapolitan old songs.
