Chef, maitre, bartender, sommelier all united for one day on the occasion of the Trophy “Catering – The passion that unites”, the only competition that can put together many professionals in the catering world. This second edition of the trophy, will be held in Naples at Villa Lucretius, magnificent structure overlooking the Gulf.
The event, scheduled for Tuesday, March 15, will begin at 10.00 with the performance of students of two State Vocational Institutes for Food and Wine and the hotel hospitality: IPSEOA Cavalcanti and IPSEOA Rossini, both of Naples. Each Institute will participate with one representative from each professional.
From 11:00 am start, however, the competition between professionals that will feature in two parallel races, 10 chefs, barmen 10, 8 and 8 maitre sommelier. A judge will be two super juries, both composed mainly of technicians and completed by two guest chefs: Eduardo Ecstatic the JK Place Capri and Paul Gramaglia, star of the President of Pompeii.
The event, which will end in the evening with a splendid gala dinner open to the public and to which anyone can participate by reservation. For dinner, the kitchen there will be a Team Professional Chefs Association Province of Naples and in the hall students Isis D’Este – Caracciolo Napoli coordinated by the staff of Villa Lucretius.
