Napoli vs Usa: challenge in the kitchen by Eccellenze Campane

Naples calls, the States respond to the sound of mouth-watering delicacies… Battlefield, pardon, of delicatessen, kitchens of Eccellenze Campane, in via Brin 69, where tomorrow, Thursday, June 4, from 18.30 to 20.30, the tradition of Neapolitan cuisine will meet the flavors and taste of the “stars and stripes”. Protagonist of appointment gourmand, Mary Sue Milliken, specializing in Mexican cuisine, founder of Women Chefs&Restaurateurs, writer, television personality and chef of international fame, that the last 26 and 27 May has represented the United States at EXPO 2015 as executive chef of “James Beard American Restaurant” located in the center of Milan.

To play her, with pots, high-quality ingredients and spices, Raffaele Cardillo, owner and chef of Neapolitan Ristorantino dell’avvocato, who began his career as a chef only ten years ago, when he decided to abandon the legal profession to devote himself to the kitchen, specializing mainly in Mediterranean dishes and seafood.

The event is organized in collaboration with the Us Consulate-General in South Italy and the scope of the partnership launched at EXPO with the U.S. Pavilion, whose Eccellenze Campane is only Italian sponsor.

The audience will be able to taste some taste of dishes prepared by the chef. The cooking show is free, but you must book by writing to info@eccellenzecampane.it.
