Saturday 21 and Sunday, March 22, 2015 return to the FAI Spring, the historic event of the Environment Fund Italy came to the 23rd edition, which opens to the public churches, houses, villages, palaces, archaeological sites, castles, gardens, TV studios, testimonies industrial archeology, even barracks, music archives and military schools. This year there will be over 780 locations open in all Italian regions, with visits to free contribution (for students enrolled in the background)
The places that you can visit are so many. Here are some examples of those outside the region: in Matera will be exceptionally open the Cathedral, closed to the public for 15 years for the restoration, in Rome there will be the extraordinary opening of Palazzo Chigi, seat of the Italian government, in Milan will be exceptionally open Teullè Military School, founded in 1802, the oldest of the Napoleonic institutions still exist in the city. This year the FAI Spring closes “Remember to save Italy”, the week of fundraising dedicated by Rai to cultural heritage in collaboration with the natural fund.
