By 31 March, therefore, the application of traditional art Pizzaiuoli Neapolitans will be sent to Paris in order to assess by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization in the course of 2016. The dossier will be physically delivered at UNESCO headquarters Monday, March 30. From that moment begins a long and complex international negotiations that will involve more than 160 countries.
