The heart of the historic center of Naples is preparing to host the second edition of the “Night of Art” .

On December 14 there will be the celebration of art and urban history this year thanks to the initiative of the city, that this year  promotes the important value of cultural diversity. In a calendar rich array of musical events, exhibitions, visits to museum sites and tantalizing culinary courses that will give life to a babel of languages, rituals and traditions that make the land of Partenope at the crossroads of unprecedented contamination.Thanks to the participation of many artists involved, citizens and tourists from every where they can be carried away by the atmosphere of a magical and festive unusual evening.

To navigate through the sea of events offered , you just have to take a pen and paper and write down some appointments on the agenda really missed.

The first stop is dedicated to the visit of the historic churches scattered in the quadrangle of Piazza del Gesù Nuovo, Piazza San Domenico and the Pignasecca, just to name a few.

The doors of the convent of San Domenico Maggiore, the Monastery of Santa Chiara, Basilica del Santo Spirito and of the chapel of Santa Maria di Montesanto exceptionally remain open until midnight, as well as other monastic crèche that will host exhibitions, fairs dedicated to the design and concerts harmonics.

Furthermore, reduced entrance to Palazzo Zevallos Stigliano from 18:00 to 24:00 , an opportunity to admire the beauty of the monumental palace of Via Toledo and at the same time contemplating the unique paintings and drawings by Gastone Novelli with “Gallerie d’Italia”.

To accompany the longest night of the city, so much beautiful music that will reverberate through the streets of the city center, Port’Alba with the notes of the piano students of the Conservatory of San Pietro a Majella, passing through the Galleria Umberto I in the company of women tammorra with “Allow a dance ? “, ending in Piazza del Carmine, ” in Songs and miracles” with gospel choirs and concert orchestra of the Teatro di San Carlo from 20:30 until 24:00.
