The charm of the historic center of Naples shines under the stars. A unique experience that you can try thanks to a series of meetings, sponsored by the Literary Cafe Intra Moenia in collaboration with the Cultural Heritage neapolitan association.
After the success of last winter, returns this interesting initiative aimed at tourists and citizens who want to discover the true face of Partenope beautiful in the moonlight.
The meetings will take place every Friday evening in the summer from 6 June to 11 July 2014, and allow you to see some of the hidden treasures of the city of Gulf, on the occasion, will perform a special opening night.
But we analyze in detail the program of the event.
It starts at 19 Intra Moenia from the Literary Cafe in Piazza Bellini, the rallying point of the participants who, after tasting an aperitif, will be given a map (or a book) as a gift.

Then we set off itineraries true that vary over the course of six events.
It starts June 6 with the church of Sant’Aniello Caponapoli, dedicated to the first Bishop of Naples, which was destroyed by bombings during the Second World War. The structure, recently reopened after a renovation that lasted fifteen years old, still shows traces of the ancient Greek walls of Neapolis.
It continues with a visit to the Roman Theatre of Anticaglia on13 june, in the area between St. Paul Street and Anticaglia via the courts, the heart of the Bellini. From the ancient stage musical and dramatic that was supposedly pulled down also by the emperor Nerone, it then goes to visits to sacred temples of the urban area, scheduled for 20 and 27 June with the respective steps of the Basilica of San Giovanni Maggiore (recently reopened to the public after restoration) and the Chiesa del Purgatorio ad Arco, better known as the temple of the anime pezzentelle that here were relieved.
Finally, the series of meetings on Friday ended with the scheduled July 4 that will take you straight between the works of contemporary art on display at the Museum Hermann Nitsch.
So all that remains is to look forward to the beginning of this wonderful journey through the treasures and historical sites of the city of Naples, full of charm and magic. And in the moonlight that certain “beauty” give the best of themselves.
