The event will be held in the beautiful surroundings of the garden-orchard Restaurant C & D of Portici, a former outbuilding of a house that belonged to the Bourbon Prince Pagliano, the last Monzù Gerardo Modugno and Chef Mario Loina will prepare a selection of dishes of the Neapolitan aristocracy, reviving the skill of Monzù and discover the historic flavors that characterize this noble art of cooking.
