Laughing 2014, the Comic Theatre Festival and the Cabaret, will be held in the courtyard of Maschio Angioino Castle between August and September 2014

Is a summer…laugh that “Made in Naples”. Yes, because with “Ridere 2014“, the festival of comic theater and cabaret joint, this year, the 25th edition, the good mood is guaranteed. Held in the courtyard of the Maschio Angioino Castle (Naples), the festival opened its doors last night with the performance of Giacomo Rizzo “Gentlemen you are born” which will be repeated this evening in the same picturesque setting of Castelnuovo. On stage at the festival, organized by the Teatro Totò, will alternate all the greatest artists of laughter: Vittorio Marsiglia, Giacomo Rizzo, Simone Schettino, Benedetto Casillo, Gino Riviecco, Lino D’Angiò, Francesco Paoloantoni and Peppe Lanzetta just to name a few. A “parterre de roi” for a calendar of all relief which will, on the stage, next to the big, also emerging artists of the Neapolitan comic theater and cabaret. The shows will be held until September 7 (at 9:30 pm) – when the program is in the closing event (at 9 pm), in the courtyard of San Domenico Maggiore, with the concert of the Great Russian Symphony Orchestra – and for the month of August there will be practically almost every day. Ticket price: 12 euro.
