For lovers of the flavors is an event not to be missed. A date to mark in your diary the one scheduled for next weekend in Montoro Inferiore, in the province of Avellino. Here, in fact, in the locality Misciano, July 4 to 6 will stage the funfair porcini mushrooms, simplicity and genuineness of the Earth Felix. One of the most valuable gems in Campania cuisine that guests can sample prepared in the classic risotto with porcini mushrooms to scialatielli with sausage and mushrooms.
But that’s not all. Because the three-day Montoro also give succulent seconds to visitors as pork loin, or – if you prefer – of the tasty sausages on the grill. And to top it off: pancakes with mushrooms and local pastries. All this of course with wet Irpinia DOC wines. The organizers of the festival (the Circle Acsi Borgo) provide for just about anything, from a special area reserved for children cared for by a playroom, to the preparation of stands that offer handmade products, up to the valet parking for cars. In short, a great opportunity to have fun, relax and enjoy a healthy and good food.
