Madame Marisa from Procida, one of the fans of our social pages, sends us from the island pearl of the Gulf, the recipe for this dessert that often prepares for his little queen of the house, her daughter. We receive and publish then cum, in the hope that you enjoy it as much this cake easy and quick to serve.

Ingredients: 400 g flour, 100 grams of potato starch, 200 grams of sugar, 150 butter, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 egg, drops of dry liqueur (optional), jar of grape jelly

Preparation

Place flour in a heap and add the butter that you have in previous cut into slices with the sugar, egg, liqueur (if you have decided to use it) and finally the yeast. Work quickly the ingredients to form a dough that you will do it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

Following then, divide the dough into two halves and one of these, spreading mo ‘dough, line a baking pan greased and floured.

Pour over a generous layer of grape jam and cover with the remaining dough, this time to give it crumbled so its characteristic appearance.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. A sprinkle of powdered sugar definitely complete the work and a little bit extra.
