Ingredients (for 4 people)

12 cannelloni dried egg
200 gr chestnuts steamed
250 gr sausage
250 gr fresh ricotta
1/2 vegetable stock cube
500 ml white sauce
1 knob of butter
salt
1 handful of dried cranberries
50 gr grated Parmesan cheese

Making of recipe

Coarsely chop the chestnuts and make it jump 2/3 in the pan with the sausage cubes, butter and half nut. Combine the ricotta and mix well together . Heat the sauce with a pinch of salt. Fill the cannelloni and make a row in a baking dish . Cover with a layer of bechamel and a second row of cannelloni. Cover again with the sauce , chestnuts advanced and Parmesan. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes and serve garnished with some chopped chestnuts previously entired .
