Boredom is the tomb of the kitchen. With this dish we thus find new ideas for a different pasta and potatoes . The flavor with the addition of zucchini , becomes soft and creamy. This is one of those typical dishes that , even if eaten cold , are always exceptional .
Ingredients (for 4 people):
400 g pasta mixed
400 g potatoes
400g courgettes
100 g bacon
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
basil
butter
Salt, oil, pepper
Making of recipe.
Cut the zucchini into round slices . Fry along with the diced bacon , olive oil and a knob of butter in a very large frying pan . In a separate pot , place the potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes . Begin cooking and , in half, combine the pasta . Once everything is cooked , combine with zucchini and bacon , adding a little ‘ cooking water , basil, pepper and grated parmesan cheese. If you want to pass in a terracotta pot in the oven for ten minutes , do not do evil . But even turn on the grill. They will be very good .
