Everyone knows this dish by heart. It’s among those who teach us to eat as soon as possible in childhood . Is it because then accompanies memories easygoing and calm which is always a pleasure to find them ready and smoking at the table.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
400g tubes
50 g butter
75 g grated pecorino cheese
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
salt
pepper
parsley
Making of recipe.
While boil the pasta in a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper. In a saucepan , in part , melt the butter and, with the low heat , mix in the pasta. Add the cheese and the beaten egg . Stir with a wooden spoon, until the egg does not coagulate. Serve very hot with a sprinkling of chopped parsley and another flick of pepper.
