These small seafood are the most fun to eat , are taken from the shell with the help of a toothpick and remove a small portion of the eye that is located at the tip. The fruit is callous and very tasty .
Ingredients for 4 people : 500 g of maruzzielli , 2 tomatoes sauce , half a cup of dry white wine, 1 clove of garlic , salt, white pepper , 1 tablespoon of olive oil, parsley , 4 slices of stale bread , 1 small hot pepper.
Making of recipe.
Grill the bread in the oven to make it crisp.
In a medium sized saucepan heat the olive oil , chilli and garlic ; blur the background with the wine and let the alcohol evaporate , then add the tomatoes (which we will have private peel and seeds ) and salt , cook a gentle heat until the tomatoes will be undone.
Now add the seafood and cook 10 minutes with a lid. If the fruits are not completely covered by the sauce , add a little water.
In a bowl put the crusty bread and pour the sautéed seasoned with chopped parsley.
