Ingredients for 4 people: 400 grams of pasta Gragnano format tubettoni; 350 gr fresh tomatoes from San Marzano; 2 fresh squid; parsley; garlic; extra virgin olive oil; salt; pepper.

Making of recipe.

After cleaning both fresh squid, cut into small pieces. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, brown a clove of garlic with oil. Add two chopped squid and cover the pan. You’ll have to wait for it to dry the water that is produced. After the fish has browned becoming reddish, add the tomatoes and cook until the sauce has congealed. Turn off and cover it with a handful of chopped parsley. Cook the pasta al dente remove it and pour it into the pan with the sauce. A low flame reshoot the whole thing and serve.
