Early in the morning, starting at 10, among the alleys and squares of the old town you can enjoy the traditional “Breakfast Peasant”, prepared by the participating community, that will delight the palate of an old flavor to the accompaniment of a rich selection of wines by Slow Food. At 13.30 then it gets off the Saute charge by the various Community. A jury, coordinated by experts of the Slow Food.
The 2016 edition is organized in collaboration with the association Astrea Gesualdo with which the Community has already tight partnership for other events (knowledge and flavor), it is supported by the patronage of the Municipality of Gesualdo, proloco and other forces of volontariato.
